Hello, I did some research and found that if you want to become a helicopter pilot with DRF Air Rescue, you need an ATPL and 2,000 flight hours. Now my question: Do you know of any helicopter pilot jobs where you can accumulate these flight hours and earn money at the same time? Thanks rf
I booked a flight and did not select the option to be checked in for €30, meaning they would send me the boarding passes directly by mail. So now I only have the travel documents with booking numbers, etc. Will I get the boarding pass at the airport, or what happens?

My dream job was also a pilot, but I will certainly not be able to achieve it. Yet this profession fascinates me. Training at the big airlines costs a high 5 – digit amount.
Sometimes it costs a small 6-digit amount, i.e. 100,000€ and more. Therefore, other factors also play a role. If you pass the ticket, you need flight hours. The more, the better.
Even if autopilots take over a lot and technology is getting better, it is important that pilots are always prepared for a failure of the system.
One example concerns helicopter pilots. These can not land a helicopter without a drive by a so-called autorotation.
