Driving license despite an e-bike fine??

Hello everyone,

Two months ago, I was riding an e-bike with a throttle. Unfortunately, I didn't know that this type of bike was against traffic laws in Germany. The police stopped me, and after a while, I received a €120 fine for riding a bike without insurance and without a license plate.

I'm currently attending driving school and want to get a driver's license, but I haven't received a response from the traffic department since I applied a month ago. My question is: Will this affect my ability to obtain my driver's license, and if so, how long do I have to wait?

Thank you all.

I don’t think so. It is registered at the most. That’s where he came from. Just call.

All are checked. They don’t do that day-to-day.

If there was really “just” a fine, then most likely not even if there were also points in Flensburg.
