Hi, I have a question about PayPal. I have a PayPal account, but I forgot my password and can't reset it. When I create a new PayPal account and try to link it to my bank account, it says I should first remove my bank card from my other PayPal account, but I just don't have access. What should I do now?

A second account is prohibited.

But you can call PayPal.

Because of your cheating, all accounts are locked. Only one account is allowed.

PayPal has an info number. if you're not 18, forget it.
