The one for the teeth is?
If so, how is it and should I take it or not because I think it looks ugly 🙁

space is created with a carrier distalizer and the extraction of permanent teeth is avoided and/or an over-bite is treated.
It does not interfere in speaking and is much more petty and inconspicuous than the usual alternatives.
The disadvantage: You pay for yourself.
