How do I unlock a blocked Vinted account? Any experiences?

Unfortunately, I made a mistake by sending uninsured goods. The buyer claimed it hadn't arrived, and before I could reply, I was blocked. I couldn't reply anymore, and days later, my account was permanently blocked. Although I contacted Vinted by email (they only respond in English), nothing happened.
In the future, I'll only ship with insurance. But how can I unblock it? I even refunded the buyer, even though the item wasn't returned and I suffered a loss. Has anyone experienced this and was able to log back into Vinted at some point, or is it gone forever? I can't create a new account because of my cell phone number and IP address.

Once you get locked to Vinted (no matter whether illegal/justified), you are locked.
Support doesn’t matter.
You could also prove that the package has arrived, the support would simply say it is not enough and you still remain locked.
That’s a shame. Couldn’t you ever register again after a year?
is there an alternative to Vinted?
As far as I know, they banish your account and all the devices you have used (with the account).
And permanent.
As an alternative, I would use classifieds, otherwise there is nothing really comparable for used clothes.
