Nausea illness?

Hello

something very strange happened to me tonight

I felt good all day

I was out this afternoon and afterwards I was a bit tired

I had a late lunch and then wanted to go to a friend's house

When I got there, I suddenly didn't feel well at all. I had diarrhea and felt sick and dizzy. I went home straight away. There I had to throw up. Since then, I've been feeling much better. I'm only slightly dizzy now, but I went straight to sleep. I'd say I'm feeling fine again.

My family is currently sick, but symptoms include cough, fever, runny nose and very slight nausea,

But apart from tonight I feel great, none of these symptoms

What do you think that was for me?
