I slept naked without a blanket and now I have a mosquito bite in my intimate area that is really itchy.

Make a metal spoon as hot as you can just hold it and press it on the mosquito. The heat disintegrates the mosquito and the itching leaves after or even disappears completely.
There are also battery-operated devices that work according to this heat principle. Just look at Ebay or Amazon.
