Experience with punctuality of the S1 Munich?

Does the S1 always arrive on time around 7 am, or should I expect to wait 40 minutes for the S-Bahn? I have to travel from Laim towards the airport, which is out of town, and since it only arrives every 20 minutes, I have to plan my time carefully.

If you can rely on anything, make sure that the S-Bahn in Munich does not work again and again.

I personally always take a look at the MVG app first and plan accordingly.

Please note : the rail connections in D are so unreliable according to the "Großkotz" Weselsky that it already suffices if the date is correct (independent of the time!).

That's no reason the train is on time.

The 4 great enemies of rail transport are coming again and again: spring, summer, autumn and winter.
