I would not recommend you to buy such a bike from this brand, they have gone broke and if the servers go offline, you can't start unblocking any more with the bike or anything else, electric scrap is hot or there are still alternatives, but you have to do it in time as long as the servers are still online.
Otherwise I could just recommend this video to you copy this out and insert the YouTube search

I would do as follows: Call Vanmoof's homepage, send me a list of dealers, or even talk about direct mail with them, but is just my reflection. There are certainly better experts here that can help you
