Are Disney+ gift cards geoblocked?

Good noon,

I am often in Germany (I live in Switzerland myself) and have seen that Disney+ costs around €89.90 for 1 year in Germany and 129CHF here, which is the equivalent of €128.

Now I wanted to ask if I buy a gift card in Germany whether it can also be transferred to a Swiss account in order to get a year of Disney+ for 89.90€.

If that doesn't work then I would simply create a new account in Germany, then it will definitely work.

Do you have any idea?
