What solutions are there for this?

Hey, I changed the wheels on my bike. Since the frame is 28 inches and the tires are 26 inches, the rim brakes are on the tire and not the wheel, which can easily cause the tire to break. What can I do about this? Unfortunately, I can't install disc brakes.

Wheels and frames must fit together.

You can either swap the wheels so that they fit the frame or you can swap the frame (and the fork) so that it fits the wheels.

What you've done is not working. Accept that.

Very large frame when the really 28" is high

You could see if there are longer brake arms on the market.

Only 28" rims help to build/split.

Then the frame is to be changed to 26".

No, I'm not. The only option would be to leave behind, drum brake or another brake seated in the hub, at the front. This certainly does not correspond to your ideas.
