Koch project how do I justify?
Hello, I have a project in my cooking class at school. We're given illnesses that can be treated or improved through diet, such as gluten intolerance. We're supposed to choose two recipes for them and then write at least a page explaining why they're suitable for the illness. But I don't know what all you have to write to get it on one page. Personally, I'd just say, "Yes, it's suitable because it doesn't contain gluten and contains enough of other important nutrients," but that would be it.
