No. It is repeatedly claimed that with so-called "eye training" one could achieve something, which is nonsense. If you are ill-sighted, this comes because your eye is too long overall, with long-sighted it is too short. Nothing can be changed to both. Age visibility arises as the name says, because with increasing age the elasticity of the lens decreases, which is a natural process for every person and not to avoid.
