Why don't you ask the savings bank? They would have to give you both the reason for the change and the possibilities you have now.

Probably the Young account was defined for a certain age limit. Now you are older and have been automatically upgraded to the next "more grown".

The best way to contact Sparkasse Support and make you smart.

I mean, after the upgrade you have to pay account management fees.

This is common, the young accounts are usually for pupils and students without income max. up to the 27th year of life. At the latest you pay.

However, as a customer you have to agree to a price change, you still have this option. Go as Agamemnon712 recommends if you are still a student or a student and you can prove it, you will definitely take it back.

You don't agree You contradict this, but then you will have to look around to another account 🤷 ♂️

Ask for a student/account*.

If necessary, change, there are enough banks that offer this for *og free.
