Does prepayment work with PayPal?
Hey, I'm still young and inexperienced, so please help me out.
If I choose prepayment, can I simply send the money via PayPal and then have it paid?

No. Prepayment means transfer to an account.
At Paypal you have buyer protection, not in advance. If you're paying for Paypal friends, you could call it a prepayment, but it's a bit disgusting.
