What can you do about fear of flying?

I used to fly a lot, but for the past few years, I've developed a terrible fear of flying for no particular reason. The last two times I flew, I had a panic attack and was terrified the entire flight; I could barely stand it. Just the thought of flying and the feeling I had while doing it makes me panic again. But I want to fly again to go on vacation. Do you have any tips on how I can cope with this?

quite normal, so a Cessna 182 is really a cattle transporter, longer than 20 minutes I really don't hold it out inside.

Better is the Cessna 208B.

I'm glad the door opens and I can get out. Last time, they almost threw me out, air holes are very unpleasant, and at some point, I'm gonna get kicked out of the open door, when spotting, you really feel like you're dying.

People by road accidents. If you're afraid to get into a plane, you shouldn't even go to the front door. Coconuts from palms have killed 150 people last year – 8 fewer than by planes. Modern aircraft can actually almost only be deliberately crashed and this happens extremely rarely. (Approx. every 10 years) The chance of winning the lottery is significantly higher than crashing with a plane.
