Returning glasses to Misterspex?

Hello, I recently bought new glasses from Mister Spex. After about 10 days of wearing them, I find that they don't provide the relief I hoped for.

Can you even return glasses? Especially with Misterspex.

1 I don't really like blue filters

2 I see better without glasses than with the lenses (lenses have prescription)

3 glasses temples crooked. When I place the glasses on the table, I notice that the temples are not sitting correctly on the table.

Something happens when you buy glasses at an internet shop. Call the provider and hope that he will take his scrap back, then you can get a professionally crafted glasses with an optician.

at least for revocation (not returning) you can find enough information on the HP.
