Hey,
I (M/14) hit my head hard on the car door frame this morning while getting in, and I've had a headache ever since. I'm worried it might be a brain hemorrhage.
Should I be worried?

Three days ago I reduced the neuroleptic olanzapine from 7.5 mg to 5 mg. I feel comfortable with it, but I fall asleep at 11 p.m. as usual, but get up at 4 a.m. and can't get back to sleep. When I wake up, my thoughts are racing and I can't get back to sleep….

Also bei einer Hirnblutung wärst du jetzt schon so gut wie Tot und hättest hier garnicht schreiben können.
Ich möchte dir keine Panik machen ABER:
Du hast anhand deiner Symptomatik höchstwahrscheinlich eine Gehirnerschütterung und solltest das definitiv sofort abklären lassen da die folgen schwerwiegend sein könnten bis hin zum Tot falls dein Hirn anschwillt das dauert dann auch nur weniger als 20 Minuten. Ich kann dir sagen Schmerzmittel werden nicht anschlagen. Diese die helfen hat nur der Rettungsdienst oder Ärztliches Personal.
Bitte lass dich JETZT in deine örtliche ZNA(Notaufnahme) bringen. Wenn deine Eltern aber der Meinung sind das es nicht so schlimm ist bitte umgehend die 112 wählen und der Person in der Leistelle deine Lage schildern dann kommt zu 99 Prozent ein RTW und das kostet dich nichts.
Die Frage ist: Was wäre schlimmer? – Eine Magen-Darm-infektion oder eine leichte Gehirnerschütterung.
Geh morgen zum Doc – wenn es nicht weg ist – der stellt dir dann ein paar gezielte Fragen und untersucht dich vielleicht körperlich. Dann weißt du´s. 🙂

Ein Arzt könnte dir genaueres sagen. Da es jetzt zu spät für einen normalen Arzt ist, bleibt dir nur das Krankenhaus.
Meine Mutter fährt mich deswegen nicht ins Krankenhaus 😭 “Davon passiert schon nichts, und wenn du am Handy bist kann das ja nicht so schlimm sein”

Nimm ne Kopfschmerztablette und schau, wie es morgen ist. Keine Panik.
