Which mopeds with 60 km/h?
I want to get an AM driver's license when I'm 14.5 years old, and I want to ride a 50cc scooter that can go 60 km/h. Can it only be a Simson, for example, or also a Vespa, or generally any 50cc scooter built before 1991?

The maximum speed limit for mopeds and small motorcycles, 60 km/h, only applied in the former GDR. Therefore, the selection is limited to Simson and Jawa models.
Otherwise, everyone else is only allowed to drive 45 km/h and not an exception for 50 km/h? Thanks again for the answer.
Until March 31, 1986, the speed limit in Germany was 40 km/h. This was subsequently increased to 50 km/h. Since January 1, 2002, the speed limit has been 45 km/h throughout the EU.
