Kommt auf den jeweiligen ärztlichen Leiter Rettungsdienst und das Rettungsdienstgesetz drauf an. In Bayern brauchen die m. W. n. selbst bei 6 Litern Sauerstoff direkt einen Notarzt. Schau dir am besten die jeweiligen Leitlinien der Bundesländer an.
