Pay the ambulance bill yourself (700€)?
I broke my hand in a bad fall about five months ago. My knees were also a bit sore, but my hand had broken twice at one bone, causing a bone to press against my skin. This happened around 2:00 a.m.
So my girlfriend called an ambulance. Shortly after I arrived at the hospital, the doctor treated me incredibly harshly, constantly saying things like, "You did a great job," "You're wasting my time," or "You call an ambulance for something like that? Couldn't you have just slept on it?"
Now I've received a bill for €700 stating that the doctor deemed the ambulance transport unnecessary and that I have to pay for it. Will my health insurance cover this now?

Die Story nehme ich dir nicht ab.
nein da eine Rettung rufen bei einer gebrochenen Hand leider wirklich übertrieben war. Du hättest mit dem Bus genauso fahren können oder dich fahren lassen. du konntest ja laufen = musstest nicht transportiert werden.
Wenn du die Rechnung bekommen hast, zahlt das wohl kaum die Krankenkasse.
kann man dagegen klagen?
Kannst du, aber gegen Ärzte kommt man kaum an.
Da wird dich die Klage mit allem drum und dran weit mehr kosten als 700 Euro.
