As a guarantor, you're not creditworthy. Except for microloans, but I would advise against it in your situation.

When it comes to food, there are plenty of help options in Germany, such as the Tafel (food bank).

If your monthly costs are consistently too high, a one-time payment won't do the trick. You'll need to optimize your fixed costs.
