When should I quit my job?
Hello everyone, I plan to start studying in September (I have already been accepted for the place).
I currently work full-time at a medium-sized company. I like it, and my colleagues are nice; I haven't had any problems so far.
I haven't told my employer or my colleagues about my plan yet, but I don't want to wait until the end to do so. First, a person needs to be found for the position and properly trained. I would also take on that responsibility to ensure things continue to run smoothly in the future.
When would you tell your boss and colleagues what's going on? I don't want to be fired early or anything like that.
From your pane, I'll take that you have a good relationship at work and that's why I'd deal fairly with your boss.
I'd be looking for the conversation.
Good professionals are not so easy to find and there are only 4 months left…
And why would you quit? And even if you have a notice period and certainly still leave
If you're halfway good with the boss, you can tell him that you're going to study in September. You could also theoretically announce to 31.08.
When did you start working there?
For example, if you cancel at 31.8 the employer can't just say a renunciation. If you're in the company for more than half a year, you'll have the entire annual holiday. So you could quit at 31.8. and have been free all August.
