In principle, it doesn't matter what length or width you enter into the calculator, the girth measurement must be correct.

As in your case, the length is the largest measurement. You wouldn't specify your length as the width.

Exactly. The long measurement is the length, the diagonal measurement is the width, and the bottom to top measurement is the height.
