Natürlich geht das, rote Linsen sind sogar schneller gar.
Das geht auch. Rote Linsen brauchen weniger Zeit beim Garen.
Eentuell musst Du den Beutelinhalt vorkochen, weil die rt. Linsen sehr viel schneller gar sind als die meisten bn., bei denen es aber auch unterschiedliche Garzeiten gibt; einige Sorten soll man sogar, wie viele Bohnen, über Nacht einweichen.
Bn. Linsen brauchen etwa 45min., rt. Linsen sind schon nach 10-15min. gar.
Geht bestimmt genauso. Wird farblich vielleicht etwas langweiliger aussehen.
