Which stocks or ETFs should I buy now because of the interest rate cut in the US?

I'm a global investor and I'm following the latest interest rate cut in the US. The Fed has cut the key interest rate to 4.25 to 4.50 percent, and a pause in interest rates could now follow. This will likely trigger a bull rally in the stock markets and further boost the US economy.

I want to benefit from this and am considering which stocks have the most potential right now. Does it make sense to invest in large individual stocks like tech or energy stocks, or should I invest heavily in ETFs like the S&P 500? Is an S&P 500 ETF also suitable for wealthy investors, or are other strategies more worthwhile?
