Where is the best place to exchange my money into other currencies?

Hey

I'm flying to England soon and would like to have some cash on me. I wanted to ask where the best and cheapest place to change money is?

Therefore, some exchange offices probably charge higher or excessive fees and I would like to avoid this by going to such an exchange office. I would like to find out whether anyone can recommend a good exchange office in the Berlin or London area.

Or is it best to first exchange the money in pounds at the airport, in this case Stansted Airport in London?

Have any of you already had experience with this?

I would be very grateful for any tips and information. Thank you.

I would only do an emergency exchange here in Germany. The exchange rate is worse, but it's a good idea to have some pounds in your pocket.

There are exchange offices in England. Compare three or four exchange offices. Many charge different fees and also vary slightly in their exchange rates. Choose the one where you get the most money.
