Gibt es den ICE 3 MF BR. 406 Noch? Bin fast komplett durch Deutschland gefahren auf der Suche nach einem aber hab nur ICE 3 M (403), ICE 3 NEO(408) und ICE 3 VELARO D ( 407) gefunden. Falls irgendwer einen sieht fänd ich es sehr nett wen derjenige ein Bild mit der Zug Nummer…

It doesn’t matter where and on which way you bought the ticket, it is in any case equally valid everywhere.

Whether the bus driver is actually in a position to check the validity of a digital ticket does not matter here (and does not have to be the problem of the passenger).

the normal 9-euro ticket is available only on paper. However, you have a monthly subscription to a transport company with a depreciating card, e.g. MIA, then the driver knows that in these cases your abo also contains the 9-euro ticket.

You can also book it online and then have it on your phone as well as any web ticket.
