I read that people who already have other tickets will be refunded the difference to the €9 ticket. Does this also apply to the €365 ticket or the RMV student annual pass?
If so, how and when do you get a refund?

I don’t have a subscription. I bought the annual card with cash back then. They don’t have a bank connection from me at all.
Then I would either call there or ask in a service center or even where you bought the card (if it wasn’t on the machine).
there’s nothing to be reimbursed, why?
