Hi, I'm not that familiar with bit, but I know my monitor has an 8-bit panel. Does that mean I can view 24-bit images? Or, if I set my Xbox to 30-bit, will I still only see 24-bit?
Is this correct? If not, please explain it to me.

For some time now, my PC's fan has been spinning up, and I haven't figured out which fan it is yet. I have an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X and a Radeon RX 6000 800. Is there anything I can do about this, or does the PC need to be repaired? I'm grateful for any answers.
I only installed them because they look cool but they are incredibly loud, it's annoying. I would like to make them 1% faster, but is that bad since my CPU is cooled by an AIO anyway.
