Bleeding at 8 weeks pregnant?

I had heavy bleeding yesterday and then I went to the hospital and then it was so bad with severe cramps.

And she did an ultrasound and baby detected a heartbeat.

I was prescribed progesterone and took 400 mg immediately. After that, the bleeding stopped, but a little bit was still there, and the cramps only lasted until 3 a.m., but then stopped.

I also took magnesium.

So far, very little bleeding has been visible.

I'm scared if it comes back and hope that everything will be okay
