70ccm illegal if 45km/h throttle is still in?

Hello, I wanted to find out if or how illegal it is to use a 70cc engine on a moped and get caught doing so, even though the CDI throttle is still in place and active, meaning the moped can't go faster than 45 km/h. Does that count as driving without a license, since theoretically you're not breaking the rules?

Of course it’s not legal. The vehicle has more than the original 50 ccm. Apart from that, this setup is completely pointless.

If they put you on the role, it’ll probably help if you don’t watch civilian cops and right police behind them, it’ll fit. However, depending on the 70cc cylinder, see if your shaft stops for a long time.

Yes, because with the rebuild, the operating permit is cancelled and your driving permit is also invalid because the AM not only limits the speed but also the engine capacity.

Yes, it is because 70>50.
