600 kcal too much?
I currently eat about 320-400 kcal a day. Today, however, I consumed 600 and feel pretty bad because that's way above my average. Is my guilt justified? (I know that the normal diet is 1500-2000 kcal, but I feel pretty fat, so my conscience won't allow me to eat that much.)
