Most likely, your bank is under control. No bank is likely to be active in Germany, the bank transfers are randomly or unintentionally digitally engulfed.

With such high amounts, you probably need to have a so-called documented transfer, i.e. on paper, as there are limits for this. Otherwise, the transfer to the ATM is probably the safest option.

You can also print a document during online banking. Both are equally safe

I don’t see any difference. Security does not depend on whether you can print a document.
