50 cc driving license Italy Germany?
Hello, I have a question. I really want to drive my Simson s51 here, but I don't want to do an AM because it's so expensive. I have German and Italian citizenship and wanted to ask if it's theoretically possible to do one there and then drive it in Germany. I'm from Naples and I'm 15.
If the authorities play there, go ahead.
If your home is in Germany, you can’t make a driving licence in Italy
Citizenship doesn’t matter, you don’t even have to be German. But you must have your residence in Italy for 185 days without interruption.
The question would be if you could do the AM class in Italy with 15 and what your parents say.
Where’s “dort”? Driving licences for minor aliens must not be recognised within the EU.
Notification
Driving licence tourism is prohibited.
You need to live at least 180 days of DAUERHAFT in the country to make your guide.
If you have your headquarters in Germany, you must also make the German driving licence. The Italian driving licence is therefore not valid in Germany. Only exception, you have your main residence for more than 186 days in Italy and make the driving licence there. You have to change it into a German driver’s license within six months. I don’t know if that’s so easy.
