I take Swingo 30, and even though I read in the package insert that it stops working after vomiting/diarrhea 3-4 hours after taking it, I'm still concerned. I vomited 5 hours later because of the alcohol. I take my pill every day at 6:30 p.m. and vomited around 11:45 p.m. Should I be worried that the pill wasn't absorbed properly?

Alcohol does not influence the action of the pill, since the pill is not metabolized by the same enzymes as alcohol (ethanol).
