4K 2160p/60fps playback?
I'm currently testing my new TV. It's 4K capable. There are various demo videos on YouTube with different resolutions and sound capabilities. When I play one of those videos and set the playback in YouTube to 2160p, the picture starts to stutter. It doesn't matter whether it's 4K or 12K. One level lower, at 1440p, works. Is the stuttering a problem with the TV or the internet connection?

Perhaps the question is poorly worded. I'm only interested in the general approach. So, is it more TV or internet? The exact TV model doesn't help because the chances of someone knowing it are rather slim. It's brand new, so it's very unlikely to be the cause. If it's usually network-related, that would have been enough of an answer for me. But basically, the question has been answered. It could be both. Since I can't change either, I'll just have to deal with it. I don't know what you don't like about my comment, but it's not necessary either.
But how can we give you an answer if we don't know whether your internet is slow or whether your TV is bad?
There are only three answers: TV, Internet, or a combination of both.
