4K 2160p/60fps playback?

I'm currently testing my new TV. It's 4K capable. There are various demo videos on YouTube with different resolutions and sound capabilities. When I play one of those videos and set the playback in YouTube to 2160p, the picture starts to stutter. It doesn't matter whether it's 4K or 12K. One level lower, at 1440p, works. Is the stuttering a problem with the TV or the internet connection?

We can't tell you that. We don't know your TV or your internet connection.

Of course it's necessary, how else are you supposed to be helped? After reading this, you should be happy that someone even responded.

"Uh," of course it's necessary. If you have a bad TV, it could be the TV. If you have slow internet, it could also be the internet. "Uh."

Leave it, he's a difficult person.

There are people who want answers and there are people who want real answers.

If you think it's not the TV because it's new and you assume it's the internet, then why are you even asking?

Even a new TV can cause problems, and if it's a TV that no one knows, then the chances are even higher that the TV is bad.

But in the end you want to answer… what if there is no data?

But how can we give you an answer if we don't know whether your internet is slow or whether your TV is bad?
