I haven't received an activation email for 5 days, I have to get individual tickets to even be able to travel by train, customer service when someone answers can't help, I think this is a scam to get you to buy another one, because it can't be that you buy it and don't get anything out of it

Die immer wieder empfohlene Lösung ist, das Ticket nicht bei der DB zu bestellen, sondern bei einem der zahlreichen anderen (lokalen, regionalen) Anbieter.
Mach ich beim nächsten mal, leider nach 5 Tagen immernoch keine Antwort von db aber das geld ziehen die schön ab, sehr frech, bezahle ein Ticket was ich nicht nutzen kann
Da kann man um ehrlich zu sein wirklich lange warten, hab das Problem auch und obwohl sie behauptet man würde in “kürzer” weitere Informationen bekommen kommt da nichts, service portal für Kundenservice ist auch absolut Schrott😳
