Not in principle, it depends on what else you eat and how many calories you consume, for example by sports.
However, 400 g of peanut cream are already a lot of calories, so you could already increase it. So do not do this every day and try to feed you balanced.
I would say that it is healthier than Nutella, because, for example, there is not much added sugar, but less unhealthy is still not good.
But I also build it into the menu, so no panic, just don’t overdo it.

the peanut cream does not thick, the palm oil contained in it makes thick, and is bad for the environment

There are also those without palm oil. I also find pure peanuts, for example biocenter, delicious.

Ahh, OK. Yeah, I kind of didn’t get on it, but do you get that small enough, even so that the oil comes out and it gets a creamy consistency like bought peanut?

How? High performance mixers? I’m afraid I didn’t have the equipment. But that would of course be the healthiest, because without additives.

You get fat when you take more calories than you burn.
