4 days sick and not at school?
Hello,
I've been sick for five days now (cough, fever, headache) and was absent from school for four. My parents submitted a sick note online every day (we don't do it by phone anymore, but through a parent portal). I was also supposed to have a math exam on Monday (I've been given a make-up date for this or next Friday), and today (Thursday) I was supposed to have a French exam (I haven't received a date yet). I'm actually very rarely sick, and strangely enough, usually only during the holidays. And the question now is whether I need to go to the doctor and get a sick note or something.

If your parents have submitted it to the parent portal, it doesn’t need it from the doctor, and if so, you can still submit it if you are healthy. Just tell your doctor.
I’ll advise you, shut up and get you. Better stay in bed for a day longer until you feel fit.
What you’re missing at school, you get up. You don’t have to work like a machine, you’re a man and you can be sick. It’ll go on. So relax.
