3D printing faulty due to support structure?
Hello, does anyone have any ideas on how I can remove the support structure and how I can prevent it from coming off so hard in the future? I've already tried grinding it away without success.
Material is PLA and I use cura
Aside from the support structure… The print is not clean from the beginning.
Did you really level your print bed? Customized configuration in Cura or selected a prefabricated profile? Also with the right nozzle diameter?
Once a few test prints are done? How do they look at you?
Something changed at the temperature or how do the settings look?
Yes I had taken a prefabricated profile for the printer.
unfortunately I often have pressure problems..
nozzle is a new 0.4mm, layer thick0.2mm, temperature 200 degrees since I otherwise get clogging in the nozzle..
leveling I performed several times
Does your extruder work without any problems? Do you hate a calibration? If the more often clogs, something either with your extruder could not be ok or with your filament. Did you change that once?
The printer is an anycubic Kobra plus, functional prints are ok but when it comes to optical it is a disaster
I had made a calibration at the beginning, but unfortunately I did not have a sub-point in the menu, I guess I would have to reset the device completely for a completely new orientation.
in the filament the extruder works without problems, but I had one before that he had constantly problems promoting the filament, which is why I thought it was on the nozzle and this newly bought
