30 liter Nano Cube?

Hey, I have the option of getting a 30-liter Nano Cube, but currently I only have an internal filter that circulates 220 liters per hour on the lowest setting. (So I don't have to buy a separate one.) Would that be too strong? I thought if the flow was too strong, I'd try to regulate it with a piece of filter sponge.

I look forward to your feedback.

Maybe you can deform the hose in hot water so that it fits into the outlet and the tap on it.

Look how strong this is in this nano cube and if it is too strong then you have to get another one

Why do you need a filter?
