3 volt E27 light bulb?

Hello, I accidentally screwed a 3-volt LED E27 bulb, which is used for battery-operated table lamps, into a standard socket of a ceiling light without checking first and switched it on…

I can now assume that the bulb didn't survive, right, because the voltage was much too high?

You can't see anything on the outside, but when I screw it back onto the battery-operated socket, no light comes out.

Thank you for a short statement 🙂

Apart from the fact that I have never seen such a lamp before, and that must be a very beautiful exotic: yes, it is definitely broken.

Well, that was just 227 volts too much.

You grilled them clean.

Since I don’t know where you can buy a special feature again, you’re just gonna have to do some craft.

I would get an LED version of Paulmann (also die out) and use LEDs there and set it to 3V.

Incandescent thread could also be simulated if necessary. Maybe a cord with UV color and a UV-LED.
