So if it doesn’t get better after a 600 Ibu, that’s a case for the doctor.

What kind of headache do you have? Sleep? Backhead? Stechend? Drawing?

There are types of headaches, e.g. cluster headaches, because you can take what you want and it helps nothing. There are types of headaches, because Ibuprofen is not very effective. There is also the headache, which is caused by too frequent use of painkillers.

In any case, 800 mg are the maximum dose allowed by the manufacturer per intake.

What you think this is not so interesting for me. Interesting would be a statement like “A stinging pain on one side in the temples/stirn region. The eye drowns on the side.”

That sounds more like a headache.

It’s hard to make a remote diagnosis. Half a 400 would be within the scope of the manufacturer. If you’re gonna take half a 600, you’d be at 900 mg. I think that’s justifiable. I wouldn’t take a whole second 600.

If 900 mg of ibuprofen do not work, 1200 mg do not work. In that case, I’d go to the doctor tomorrow.

…and I would put the phone out of my hand and try to relax. Maybe go around the block and get some fresh air.
