What is there to ask where the problem is, if I expressly say, no problem at all?

Demands. There are comments, among others. No reason to be pampy. You can answer my question or not.

Sometimes I do at the WE at the long TV night. Cut the salami into thin slices. Put them on a plate in the shape of a shed… Then there are at least about 5 different dip balls on the table. Be it ketchup, knobicrem, salsa, mango, curry… leaks!

If you eat so much salami, it’s not bad.

Salami contains nitrite and pulp salt and should be eaten only in dimensions.

Salt is not equal to salt and on the day an adult should not take more than 6 grams of salt.

Pökel salts containing nitrites and can form so-called nitrosamines with protein which is present in the salami. These can be a bribe.

If it’s a bit more, it’s not bad, but shouldn’t be too often.

there are healthier salt variations

“From the nitrite-pellets salt which is added to meat products in order to make them durable, it is known that so-called nitrosamines can be formed in the acidic medium of the stomach. But nitrosamines are considered carcinogenic. This could be the reason why sausage, ham and bacon are associated with an increased risk of colon cancer”

This is not particularly healthy but also not dangerous.

Too much salt and too much fat.

This can lead to consequential damage

Minimum.

The salt increases the kidneys and the fat of the liver.

It’s not a healthy thing.
