The caffeine affects our blood(pressure) circuit, hormone balance and stomach.

Over long, high daily coffee consumption can have a lasting negative impact on the body.

bullshit. I’m sure you’ll notice 8 cups a day.

At 25 cups you would have to drink a coffee every 40 min if you expect to sleep 8 hrs.

Only 4 – 5 cups are referred to daily as “healthy”.
