Calculate the quantities of the two substances: n = m/M

The product is lead oxide. Obviously, it’s the yellow PbO, because otherwise lead dioxide would have been used.

Note: n(O) = 2* n(O2) So you need to double the amount of substance n(O2).

If the two quantities are not the same, then not everything reacts. The smaller quantity of material thus determines the product quantity n(PbO).

Now you can calculate m(PbO) with the same formula as above.
