Hi Leute ich habe eine Frage ich bin 15 Jahre alt und habe halt keinen Führerschein und keine Lust bzw. Geld auf Am Führerschein Und es gibt ja e scooter die dürfen legal bis 20kmh fahren aber es gibt ja auch diese Cross motorräder dürfte ich sie auch legal fahren wenn ich sie auf 20 kmh drossel mit Versicherung?

Hallo und zwar geht es um die 3 Rad Roller/Motorräder. Haben vorne 2 Räder relativ nah beieinander und hinten eins. Normal darf man die mit dem normalen PkW Führerschein fahren. Habe jetzt aber irgendetwas gelesen dass man dafür sein Autoführerschein vor 2013 gemacht haben muss, stimmt das? Würde mich auf eure Antworten freuen.

No, because the vehicle also had a seat at 20 km/h and would not be self-balacing.

§1 eKFV:

(1) Small electric vehicles as defined in this Regulation are motor vehicles with an electric drive and a maximum design speed not less than 6 km/h and not more than 20 km/h, which have the following characteristics:

1. vehicle without seat or self-balancing vehicle with or without seat,

Without prejudice to this, a throttling rate would be more expensive with installation and registration than the Mofa test certificate.
