But of course, a good “age” can be better than some “younger” with which the owners didn’t mean so well. My Mercedes C180, which I’ve been driving for ages, is 25 years old and has 28,000 kilometers behind it. He goes into his last rounds now, because he would survive the next TÜV in the summer of 2023 only with great effort, which would be too high for me to run performance – but I still do not feel like driving an insecure automobile; I drive with it every day and would not have shattered the TÜV wall with a lower running performance because I trust the car. The Mercedes was and is also well treated.

I also see cars that are much older than my Mercedes in road traffic; Today, for example, I met a VW Jetta II GL in the morning, which comes from the years 1989 to 1992 due to the thick bumpers. A little later, an Audi A2 1.4 TDI drove in front of me, this series was from 1999 to 2005 – why not. That’s what you’re looking at.

If it was maintained and maintained visually and technically, it can be okay.

Sure! My cars were often “perennial” from 18 years onwards I call my cars so (-; but it will get difficult spare parts for not a few car types – and this can become a problem.

Sure why not. There are very well maintained cars in the age. One of them is at my doorstep. A 2001 Toyota Yaris.
