Now to the question: my new used scooter has 45 and 25 papers and now the speed sensor is broken by the previous owner. Where can I get a 2-stroke speed sensor? I have already looked on the internet but only found 4-stroke ones. Can I use those too or is that not possible? My scooter is a Baotian BT49QT-20.

Unfortunately, you cannot use the 4-stroke speed sensor on a 2-stroke engine. The reason for this is that the 4-stroke speed sensor generates a different type of pulses that are not compatible with the 2-stroke engine. So you need to find a 2-stroke speed sensor for your Baotian BT49QT-20 scooter. Fortunately, there are some online shops selling this type of sensors.
